UPumfu Sausage Crumble Bolognese. Sauté a sliced onion in olive, or another vegetable oil until translucent, add Pumfu, (crush it into small pieces), toss for 2-3 minutes. Add 14.5oz can of crushed tomatoes. Stir ingredients together, then let the dish simmer until mixture is hot. Add to any type of cooked pasta. A mixture of 10 staff members and friends loved it. It’s delicious, with a hint of heat. Serves two, (or more, depending on what you’ve mixed it with).
