Package free and in bulk bins is a fine way to say no to plastic packaging and excess, your welcome Earth!

Nuts

Nuts are tasty, convenient, and easily enjoyed in all kinds of diets- from Vegan to Paleo. They are a good source of protein and have many nutrients and can be crushed, blended, or eaten whole. Consider nuts as an excellent choice for a low-carb diet. As well as being versatile, they are loaded with antioxidants and have strong anti-inflammatory properties. Organic Tamari Almonds are the perfect hiking snack, and organic peanuts crushed onto any salad are a great choice. Ready-made nut mixes are ready for your snack pleasure.

Oats

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth and can also come Gluten-free. They contain plant-based antioxidants called Avenanthramides, which is only available in Oats. Eat your morning oatmeal topped with your favorite berries and know you are getting plenty of vitamins and minerals. Oats are also rich in soluble fiber and promote healthful digestion.

Flour

Flour is an important pantry staple and plays the star of all your home-baked goods. Unbleached organic flour is better for you and your family. In our bulk section find a selection of organic flours to truly make your holiday baking shine. Whole wheat pastry flour is a healthy choice for making your dinner bread or garlic naan. Spelt flour comes from an ancient grain that is gluten free. Dip into our bulk Spelt flour and make your own pastry crust.

Sugar

Organic cane sugar has a full-bodied taste and is much less processed, retaining a lot of nutrients present in the cane juice. Add this yummy sugar to any dessert or use it in your favorite hot beverage.

Salts

Sea salt, Himalayan both coarse and fine salts are available for your cheffing needs. Adding just a dash of sea salt to your soups and stews brings out the flavor. Sea salt is minimally processed and contains potassium, iron, and calcium. Try the Himalayan salt on your baked salmon to really release the flavor. Ever experiment with adding a sprinkle of salt to your homemade dark chocolate chunk cookie? Himalayan fine grind to a perfect choice to make your desserts come alive. Pink Himalayan salt has been mined from the Himalayas and is high in trace minerals.

Grains

Wholesome organic grains are essential to your pantry. Our Members love to have grain options at their fingertips. Jasmine rice for Thai night or basmati rice for chicken curry. Both brown and white rice are available. While short-grain brown has a nutty buttery flavor, white short-grain rice has the light balance to hold any stew or chili.

Seeds are a nutritionally dense whole food, power-packed with protein, fiber, vitamin E, folate, minerals, healthy fats, and phytochemicals.
