**I began Undercover by making decadent chocolates for events, but soon realized I craved something satisfying that was healthier, lighter and less sweet. After lots of experimenting, I discovered the perfect combination: crispy quinoa lightly covered with premium chocolate! Our crisps taste like a crunch bar or crispy treat, but are made with cleaner, simple, all natural ingredients. They’re Undercover…. healthy ingredients in disguise!
**When two of my three chocolate-obsessed daughters were diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I became determined to make this indulgent snack gluten-free and allergy friendly too!
**As Undercover took off, my husband and daughters joined me in the business and together we built our own state-of-the-art factory. Undercover is Certified Woman Owned and truly family operated!
**Because we care about sustainability, our products are all made with Certified Rainforest Alliance Chocolate in a factory powered by solar energy. They are non-gmo bites of deliciousness, created with simple clean ingredients!
