Our burrata has an outer mozzarella cheese encasing a creamy interior of cows milk and water buffalo cream. Hand tied with our signature knot. Sprinkle with a little salt and olive oil and spread it on bread, crackers, or in caprese! Contains 1 ball of burrata.
