1 container Organic Baby Kale
1 bunch Italian Kale – chopped and blanched
1 cup goat feta cheese -crumbled
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup pecans or walnuts
Lime Ginger Dressing
½ cup lime juice
½ cup oil
3 tbsp fresh grated ginger
3 tbsp Italian parsley or cilantro
2-4 tbsp honey
