Smoke & Kale here rounding out a delicious kale salad with macadamia nuts, apples, Asian pears and a light vinaigrette. Sauerkraut is an awesome addition to salads because it brings a tangy brightness, and Smoke & Kale adds a little spice and a lot of flavor. There are no quantities here, please just wing it!
