So here we have a cheese-apolooza, lots of new and exciting cheeses for you. BUF Mozzarella is made from Buffalo milk and it makes some of the most delicious mozzarella you’ve ever tasted. Sartori Merlot and Cherrywood Smoked Cheddar are equally delicious. Kourellas Organic Sheep’s Milk Feta is smooth, tasty and silky; last and by far not the least, everyone just loves the Point Reyes Toma and Toma Truffle. In fact many staff brought them as soon as they arrived.

We have a new French Brie Cheese. We first saw it at one of the Olympia Food Co-ops. It’s delicious and seems to be a better size and price fit for us. We sampled it on Wednesday and customers really liked it.
