Our crossbreed herd is a purposeful blend of five breeds brought together from around the world: New Zealand Kiwi Cross, German Fleckvieh, New Zealand Ayrshire, Dutch Holstein, and Danish Jersey.
Each cow looks a little different from the next, but they all have one thing in common: they have all inherited the A2/A2 beta-casein protein genes from their parents.
