Important Information, Please initial the following points:
• Working Members are required to have a Food Handler’s Permit 2 weeks after they begin training. The YFC will pay for this
permit if the Working Member can commit to working a minimum of 3 months. They have the opportunity to take the class and
test online using a YFC computer (by appointment). If they prefer taking the class and test from another computer, they will have
to prepay and will be reimbursed only if they go to www.FoodWorkerCard.wa.gov. A proof of payment will be required for the
reimbursement.
