High-quality milk starts with happy healthy cows and we know our Farmers are doing their very best for their animals. These girls gaze on the best organic grains and grasses available. Our Farmers even use automated rotary brushes for self-grooming and provide thick memory foam mattresses that are designed to replicate the comfort of the pasture. Buttermilk, Whole Milk, Raw Milk, and a variety of Creams are some of what we stock in our cooler. Our local producers are also bringing us Goat Milk!
Moms and Dads know, milk is packed with calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D. Plus, it’s an excellent source of protein.

Mozzarella for pizza, ricotta for dessert and havarti for appetizer platter. Naturally we carry locally made cheeses but we have also sourced out the best cheeses from all over the USA. We have organic goat cheese from Wisconsin and organic mild raw cheddar from California. In addition we have the Italian Parmesan cheese for more sophisticated palates. Cheese, not a luxury, a necessity.

Wow, talk about an awesome ingredient for baking, brunches, breakfast, and snacks. Butter
The French know…
Butter made from grass-fed cows that have access to year-round pasture, yes! We have good European stuff too. Why is it so good? European style butter is typically churned longer and has a higher % of butterfat. making it richer and softer in texture. Members love to see the certified non-GMO, certified organic, and certified humane- raised and handled on our butter labels. Get into this butter and make your bread happy. Remember eggs cooked in butter is the Julia Child way. It may be time for you to go Irish with your butter. Irish butter is made from grass-fed cows. The grass in Irish pastures is a brilliant green and packs high levels of beta-carotene. This is what leads to the butter’s golden hue.
