\nThe quintessential Italian dessert: tempting cr\u00e8me of delicate Schar Ladyfingers, mascarpone, coffee and cocoa. Close your eyes and enjoy!
\nIngredients
\n1 package Ladyfingers
\n3 eggs4 tbsp sugar
\n8 oz mascarpone cheese
\n2 tbsp rum
\n1 + 1\/4 cups espresso, brewed
\n2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/p>\n

Preparation
\nBeat 3 egg yolks with sugar, then add the mascarpone and rum.
\nBeat the 3 egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture.
\nSoak the ladyfingers well in coffee; they should not be too hard in the middle.
\nArrange Ladyfingers closely together in a flat glass or ceramic dish.
\nCover them with half of the mascarpone mixture, then add another layer of Ladyfingers and top with another layer of the mascarpone mixture.
