We\u2019re a group of three friends who grew up in Mexico eating chilaquiles, cooking tacos, and loving our mothers\u2019 home cooking. When we came to the United States, we enjoyed meeting up with friends at great Mexican restaurants, but we were disappointed with the options available for creating truly delicious Mexican meals at home. Together, we combined our Mexican heritage and our years of experience in the food community to create ready-to-eat foods that honor Mexico\u2019s rich culinary traditions.
