Traditionally, the beta casein in cow\u2019s milk was the same as the primary protein in human milk: A2 \/A2 beta casein. A2\/A2 beta casein protein is most natural to the human body and easily absorbed. However, over time, there was a genetic mutation in cows and an A1 beta casein variation resulted in cows with two types of proteins \u2013 A1 and A2. Unfortunately, the A1 beta casein can be difficult for humans to digest and is linked to many health issues.<\/p>\n
6% WHOLE MILK
\nA2\/A2 REGENERATIVE ORGANIC MILK
\n\u200bOur Whole Milk contains 6% butterfat \u2013 which is 70% more than the standardized 3.5% milkfat in other Whole milk on the market. We also don\u2019t break down (or homogenize) that nutritious fat \u2013 so our milk is old-fashioned \u2018cream-on-top\u2019. Give it a good shake (or not!). We use a \u201clow and slow\u201d heating method when preparing our milk to harness all of the delicious flavor in pasture-raised cow\u2019s milk.
