Vegetarian Baked Valbreso Cheese<\/h1>\n

INGREDIENTS:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • 1 Valbreso cheese chunk (7 oz)<\/li>\n
  • 2 red onions<\/li>\n
  • 1 \u00bd cup cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n
  • 2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup dried tomatoes<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup olives<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup pine nuts<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc thyme floret<\/li>\n
  • 4 rosemary sprigs<\/li>\n
  • 4 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DIRECTIONS:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Cut the onion into thin wedges.<\/li>\n
    2. Cut tomatoes in 2. Cut garlic into thin slices and dried tomatoes into strips.<\/li>\n
    3. Put the olives, pine nuts in the mold. Add herbs, Valbreso cheese and cherry tomatoes on top.<\/li>\n
    4. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake halfway up for about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n
    5. Serve with baguette or pita bread.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
