They say if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. That’s why our original corn tortilla strips have been around since the beginning of Green Mountain Gringo. Cooked in safflower oil or sunflower oil and sprinkled with sea salt, these stoneground organic yellow corn flour strips are the perfect pairing for any salsa.

MEDIUM: Balanced flavor with a touch of heat, our medium salsa is great on its own or as an accent to spice up recipes. Fresh herbs and peppers make this all-natural salsa a healthy choice with a just-right kick at around 50-200 Scoville heat units.

MILD: Clean, full-flavored taste from ripe tomatoes, tomatillos, fresh pasilla peppers, sea salt, and other all-natural ingredients, our mild salsa is as close to homemade as store-bought salsa gets. With only 10-50 Scoville heat units, expect a tame heat.

HOT: Jalapeño, Serrano peppers, and fresh herbs add plenty of flavorful heat to Green Mountain Gringo hot salsa for those who like to spice things up. GMG Hot Salsa contains 200-500 Scoville heat units.
